The kids spent time making a mock-up map of Bobaloon’s ceiling to be presented to Mark Ammel of Bobaloons

A special session was held at the Bonifas on Wednesday, October 19th, after school hours.  A crew of Teen Scene participants met at the Bonifas to apply primer to Bobaloon’s ceiling tiles.

Teen Scene has been brainstorming and working individually on their ideas for art work for Bobaloon’s ceiling tiles.

WEEK 1-3

Week 1
: The kids met with their instructor, Eddie Moritz, at the Escanaba Middle School in Scott Dykema’s classroom, aka, the art room.  For their community project they will be focusing on painting the ceiling tiles at Bobaloons.  They enjoyed their kickoff snack while they brainstormed ideas to present to Mark Ammel, Bobaloon’s proprietor.

Week 2: After dividing the kids into groups, they started their research in the school’s computer lab.  Working as a group, they will be mocking up a design to take back to Bobaloons.
